PILATES AND MATCHA

VENUE: Pilatte Studio - Glenore Centre ( 36 Aubrey Drive, Glenashley, Durban North )

Okay besties here's the deets...
2-Hour Activity Flow ✨

The experience will be split into two groups of 10 ladies — Group 1 and Group 2 — who will rotate through four activities. This allows every guest to experience both Pilates formats, the Simply Summer Charms Bar and the DIY Body Oil Bar, while having time to refresh, enjoy refreshments and grab a matcha in between as well as skincare touch ups with Dermalogica 

ACTIVITY 1 — PILATES 🧘♀️

20 minutes

The girls will split into two groups:

GROUP 1: Reformer Pilates — 10 ladies
GROUP 2: Mat Pilates — 10 ladies

Each group will complete a 20-minute Pilates session.

10-MINUTE REFRESH BREAK - Grab a matcha, spritz your face with some skincare...and you have to eat!✨

After Pilates, both groups will have a 10-minute refresh break.

During this time, guests can:

• Have their faces refreshed and spritzed with Dermalogica products
• Enjoy light refreshments
• Grab a drink and re-energise
• Visit the Matcha Bar for a complimentary cereal milk matcha from Pause Matcha

ACTIVITY 2 — CHARMS + BODY OIL BAR 💋🧴

20 minutes

The groups rotate to their next experience:

GROUP 1: DIY Body Oil Bar
Create and customise a full-size body oil to take home, choosing their preferred blend and finishing touches.

GROUP 2: Simply Summer Charms Bar
Choose their Simply Summer lip treatment and personalise it with their favourite charms.

ACTIVITY 3 — PILATES SWAP 🧘♀️

20 minutes

The groups swap Pilates formats so that everyone experiences both mat and reformer Pilates.

GROUP 1: Mat Pilates — 10 ladies
GROUP 2: Reformer Pilates — 10 ladies

Each group completes another 20-minute Pilates session.

10-MINUTE REFRESH BREAK - Grab a matcha, spritz your face with some skincare...and you have to eat!✨

After their second Pilates session, both groups will have another opportunity to:

• Refresh their faces with Dermalogica
• Enjoy light refreshments
• Re-energise with a drink
• Grab a complimentary matcha from the Matcha Bar if you didn't already.

ACTIVITY 4 — CHARMS + BODY OIL BAR 💋🧴

20 minutes

The groups swap their beauty experiences.

GROUP 1: Simply Summer Charms Bar
Choose and customise their Simply Summer lip treatment with their favourite charms.

GROUP 2: DIY Body Oil Bar
Create their own full-size custom body oil to take home.

By the end of Activity 4, every guest will have completed every experience.

THROUGHOUT THE EXPERIENCE 🥛✨

During designated breaks and transition periods, guests can visit the Matcha Bar for their complimentary cereal milk matcha, mingle, enjoy refreshments and take in the event atmosphere. There will be cute photo moments.
